JEE Main 2017 Notification – JEE Exam is the most popular & sought exam among the students of India. JEE Main 2018 Application form has been filled and submitted only through online mode. JEE Mains Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should have qualified higher secondary examination or equivalent either in 2016 or 2017 (Appearing candidates can also apply).

Educational Qualification:-

  • The candidates must have scored 50% in aggregation of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
  • The candidates must have minimum 5 subjects in higher secondary standard.
  • JEE Main examination only for 3 attempts.
  • The diploma holder (3 years) can also apply for JEE Main 2017.

Age Limit:-

  • The Candidates should have date of birth (DOB) on after 1st October 1993 for General Candidates (for reserved categories it is 1st October 1988).

JEE Mains Exam Pattern

The JEE Mains Exam will be conducted for two papers. Candidates who want to get admission in B.Tech / B.E they must apply for Paper 1 and the candidates who want to take admission in B.Arch / B.Planning, they must apply for paper 2.  Candidates can also apply both papers.

  • There will be 2 papers in JEE Main examination- Paper I for engineering and Paper II for architecture.
  • Paper I includes total 90 OMC questions from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
  • Paper II includes total 82 questions- 30 questions from Mathematics, 50 questions from aptitude test and 2 questions from drawing test.

JEE Mains 2017 Admit card

JEE Main Exam Admit card will be available from the 1st Week of March 2017. Candidates can get their JEE Mains Hall ticket by using their registration ID and date of birth, they need to get a hard copy of it. All the candidates must to carry their Admit card with one Photo Identity proof on the exam center for their verification. Exam conducting authority allows enter in the exam hall, only those candidates who have taken admit card on the date of exam. All the candidates need to check all the instructions and guidelines and follow them strictly.

JEE Main 2017 Answer Key

After the complete of examination candidates can download their answer key through the official website of JEE Main. The JEE Main answer key and images of OMR Sheet will be displayed between 18th to 20th April 2017.  Candidates need to check the JEE Main Answer Key carefully and calculate their getting marks. JEE Main 2017 Result

Candidates who appeared in the JEE Main Exam can check their JEE Main Result 2017 through its official site. Students are required to enter their Roll Number and date of Birth and click on submit button to generate your score card. After the announced result, merit list will be prepared on the basis of JEE Mains Score.  The Result of JEE main (Paper 1) will be declared on 27th April 2017 and JEE Main (Paper 2) result will be declared on 27th May 2017.  Candidates can get the latest updates about the JEE Main Results here on this page.

JEE Mains 2017 Cut off

The JEE Main 2017 Cut-off will be decided by various factors such as number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of exam, etc. The Cut off is the minimum score required by the candidates to get admission in the top colleges of the counter. JEE Main Counselling

Candidates who are successfully passed the JEE Main Examination are looking the counselling schedule. Candidates will be called for counselling procedure as per to their rank obtained in the merit list. The JEE Main Counselling will be started in the first week of July 2017 (Expected). Counselling will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The JoSAA counselling committee divided the counselling in various rounds, after each round allotment result will be dispatch by the authority.
